The book Ocean of Clouds is the result of 16 years of trekking, mountain tours, climbing and straying. Due to the high valleys of the Alps, weather and clouds have played an increasingly important role for me over the years. It is soothing to be in the mountains on warm, sunny days, but it is intense to experience the peaks in cloudy and unreal situations. The images literally pile up in front of you and tell a wilder version about nature. You get a distance to the normal narrative and get the chance to adjust yourself accordingly.
